4.3 Gift Cards

  • Purchase: Gift cards can be purchased like any other product.
  • Restrictions:
    • Cannot be purchased using another gift card.
    • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • Redeemable only on the local online store from which they were purchased.

5. Delivery

5.1 Shipping Schedule

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery Partners: We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Yun Express for international orders to EU countries.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days, including processing.
  • Peak Periods: Delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

5.2 Responsibility for Delays

  • Third-Party Carriers: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.

5.3 Address Accuracy

  • Client Responsibility: Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided.
  • Address Errors: If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
  • Redelivery Costs: The client is responsible for any costs associated with redelivery due to incorrect address information.

5.4 Tracking Your Order

  • Email Confirmation: Check your spam folder if you do not receive a shipping confirmation.
  • Tracking Updates: Allow 1 to 4 business days for tracking information to update.

5.5 Missed or Refused Deliveries

  • Client Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Redelivery Fees: Clients are responsible for any fees associated with redelivery.
  • Non-Eligibility for Refund: Refused or missed deliveries may not be eligible for refunds.

5.6 Delivered but Not Received

  • Carrier Contact: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact the shipping carrier.
  • Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the product passes to you once delivery is confirmed.

5.7 Duties, Taxes, and Fees

6. Your Rights to End the Contract

6.1 Ending the Contract

You can end your contract with us at any time. Your rights depend on:

  • What you have purchased.
  • Whether there is an issue with the product.
  • Our performance.
  • When you decide to end the contract.

6.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Products

  • Legal Rights: If the product is faulty or not as described, you may have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6.3 Ending the Contract for Specific Reasons

You may end the contract if:

  • We have informed you of upcoming changes to the product or terms you do not agree with.
  • There is an error in pricing or product description.
  • Supply of the product is significantly delayed due to events outside our control.
  • We have suspended supply for technical reasons for more than four weeks.
  • We have done something wrong legally.

In such cases, the contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any products not provided.

  • Goodwill Guarantee: We offer a 30-day period to change your mind and receive a refund.

  • How to Exercise: Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

  • Exclusions: Certain products cannot be returned if:

    • They are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
    • They are customized or personalized items.
    • They have been used, worn, or damaged after receipt.
    • They are missing components unless due to our error.
    • They become inseparably mixed with other items.

6.5 Ending the Contract When We Are Not at Fault

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel the order before products are dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: If products have been dispatched, refer to our return policy for guidance.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not fit, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@srenus.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.


7.2 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item.

Note on Force Majeure:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery and product quality, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.


7.3 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product:

  • Initiate a Return: Follow the return process as outlined in section 7.1.
  • Place a New Order: Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item to ensure it is in stock and ships promptly.

7.4 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right:

  • Eligibility: The item must meet the return eligibility criteria as stated in section 7.1.
  • Time Frame: The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
  • How to Cancel: Notify us of your decision to cancel by emailing info@srenus.com.

7.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Delayed or Missing Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@srenus.com.

7.6 Incorrect or Missing Products

We have a rigorous quality control process before shipping products. In the event of incorrect or missing products:

  • Defective Products: If the purchased product is defective, we offer a full refund or exchange.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item in the wrong color, size, or variant, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Parts or Accessories: If parts or accessories are missing, we will send the missing items or offer a suitable solution.

7.7 Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7.8 Return Process

Products can be returned after prior arrangement with our customer service department. Please contact us at info@srenus.com to initiate a return. Items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.


7.9 Customs Duties and Taxes

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs agency.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, epidemics, or governmental actions.

    8. Our Rights to End the Contract

    8.1 Termination by Us

    We may terminate the contract for a product at any time by notifying you in writing if:

    • 8.1.1 You do not, within a reasonable time of us requesting it, provide us with necessary information required to supply the products, such as the delivery address.

    • 8.1.2 You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

    8.2 Refunds Upon Termination

    If we end the contract in the situations set out in clause 8.1, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided.


    9. Price and Payment

    9.1 Product Pricing

    The price of the product (including VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price advised to you is correct. However, please see clause 9.4 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the product you ordered.

    9.2 Changes in VAT

    If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the VAT rate that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change takes effect.

    9.3 Price Changes

    We may change the price of our products from time to time. When this occurs, we will update the prices on our website and our app. If you placed your order before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website or app at the time of your order.

    9.4 Pricing Errors

    While we strive to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

    10. Discount Codes

    10.1 Use of Discount Codes

    From time to time, we may offer discount codes ("Codes") via email or other marketing channels. These Codes allow a discount to be applied to a new order at srenus.com. To apply a Code, please enter it during the checkout process and click "apply."

    10.2 Terms and Conditions for Discount Codes

    • 10.2.1 Validity Period: Codes are valid for a limited time as specified in the relevant communication. They cannot be used outside of that period.

    • 10.2.2 Applicable Products: Unless expressly stated, Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale, outlet, promotional items, or to purchase gift cards.

    • 10.2.3 One Code Per Order: Only one Code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and are not available to employees of Aurora Edge Prosta Spółka Akcyjna or its affiliated companies.

    • 10.2.4 Non-Transferable: Codes are territory/store specific, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

    • 10.2.5 Exclusions: Codes cannot be applied toward delivery charges.

    • 10.2.6 Returns: Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. If returning items reduces the total order value below any qualifying spend, the value of the offer may be deducted from the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    • 10.2.7 Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline orders where a Code is invalid, improperly used, or associated with fraudulent activity.

    • 10.2.8 Right to Amend: We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend offers at any time without prior notice.

    11. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You

    11.1 Liability for Foreseeable Loss

    If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by both parties at the time the contract was formed.

    11.2 Liability Not Excluded

    We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    • Breach of your legal rights regarding the products, including the right to receive products as described and matching the information provided, of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, and supplied with reasonable skill and care.

    11.3 Business Losses

    We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

    We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.


    13. Other Important Terms

    13.1 Transfer of Rights and Obligations

    We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will notify you if this happens and ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under the contract.

    13.2 Assignment by You

    You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

    13.3 Third-Party Rights

    This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

    13.4 Amendments to These Terms

    We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website and app. Please check these terms before placing an order to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

    13.5 Severability

    Each clause of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

    13.6 No Waiver

    If we delay in enforcing any part of this contract, it does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.

    13.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by Polish law, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Polish courts. If you live outside of Poland but within the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
