Order and Shipping

Shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. We strive to process all orders promptly to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
We partner with reliable international shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Currently, we focus on shipping within the EU, especially Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Returns and Exchanges

ou can return any items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please visit our [Returns Policy page] for more details.
To return or exchange an item, contact our support team at info@srenus.com, and we will guide you through the return process. A return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Payments and Billing

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Currently, we only support card payments.
You can apply your discount code at checkout. Simply enter the code in the "Discount Code" field, and the discount will be applied to your total.

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and enjoy a faster checkout process next time.

At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we are looking into adding this option soon.
